to provide support and assistance to a lady with autism and other learning difficulties, to enable her to maintain an independent lifestyle in her own home. reliable attendance and a good work ethic is required. car essential to get to work.
experience of working with people with autism would be and advantage but not necessarily needed for a person with the right attitude and patience.
pvg will be required but assistance to obtain this will be given to the successful applicant. food hygeine, first aid and medication administration will be required but these can be arranged later.
working hours based on a 2 week work cycle equates to approximately 34 hours per week plus 2 sleepovers at 8 hours each (averages to around £465 per week). additional hours may be required for holiday and sickness cover or assistance with outings by mutual agreement.
