we're one the of uk's largest hr services provider proudly partnering with some of the country's best-loved brands and we are currently looking for a recruitment / hr administrator on a temporary contract to join our onsite team in elton cheshire. you will be working onsite at the clients site in elton cheshire with the dedicated adecco recruitment team.
we resource and recruit a workforce to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. working in a fast-growing company, you will be a core contact for our client and worker requirements, so a passionate, driven and flexible attitude is vital.
hours: monday - friday (37.5 per week)
pay & benefits: up to gbp23,000 pro rata, plus excellent company benefits including hybrid working, free onsite parking, 25 days holiday allowance.
location: elton cheshire
this role will involve administrative duties and supporting our team of recruiters to include:
processing invoices
payroll and support of temporary workers
updating / creating job adverts
adding candidates to the database
answering calls from candidates
coordinating interviews for hiring managers
ensuring compliance and right to work checks
setting up new starters; contracts and inductions
delivering great service to the client and our candidates
data processing for weekly & monthly internal and client reporting
