as a shift team leader your job will be to oversee and ensure the safe and efficient running of all aspects of a production shift to meet production targets and contribute positively to the overall
effectiveness of the company's performance and standards of health, safety,
quality and efficiency.
the shift team leader duties will be 80% supervision and management but there
will be an expectation of 20% recoverable work.
your shift pattern will be -
nights 10pm - 6am
afters 2pm - 10pm
days 6am - 2pm
desired qualifications
?? health and safety qualification such as iosh supervising safely
?? supervisory or leadership qualification
this role would suit a person wiih -
machinery and equipment utilisation and maintenance knowledge / practice,
health & safety and general organisation and housekeeping
managing production schedules and people
basic pay annual bonus total package
salary basic gbp30,000.00 gbp2,250.00 gbp32,250.00
mdp + iosh gbp31,000.00 gbp2,325.00 gbp33,325.00
