byddwch yn archwilio cartrefi a safleoedd adeiladu yn ystod gwaith a phan fydd gwaith wedi ei orffen i asesu sut y cydymffurfir ag iechyd a diogelwch, gofynion y contract a safonau ansawdd a sicrhau bod bob dpa yn cael eu monitro yn effeithiol ac effeithlon, yn ogystal a cynorthwyo i ddatblygu a blaenoriaethu ffrydiau pecynnau a rhaglenni gwaith a fydd yn ateb anghenion buddsoddi sydd wedi’u hadnabod o fewn yr arian sydd ar gael, mewn ffordd sy'n diwallu amcanion adra.

we are adra. we provide quality homes in north wales. we’re not an organisation that stands still. over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north wales. although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

you’ll inspect homes and building sites during works and on completion to assess compliance with health & safety, contract requirements and quality standards and ensure that all kpi’s are monitored effectively and efficiently, as well as helping to develop and prioritise workstreams, packages and programmes of works which will meet the identified investment need within the funding available, in a manner that will meet adra’s objectives.

the ability to speak welsh is essential for this role.
