responsibilities

providing professional and engaging training sessions via online meetings.proactively contact customers and building strong relationships.proactively engaging with customers following surveys.assist with delivering engaging webinarsconduct consultancy calls to help upskill customers.personally delivering an outstanding customer service to all clients.contributing fairly to all departmental goals.
experience

no previous experience is required as we have a comprehensive training programme, but a background in dealing with customers/ customer service is desirable or knowledge of the education sector. presenting skills are also desirable.

good communication skills, helpful and friendly approach, organised, self-motivated and works well in a team. a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise tasks. able to present to others in a confident manner. passion for teaching customers.
