operation associate jobs require candidates to pack off materials, reloading machines, some minor machine adjustments, cardboard bailing, light sanitation duties (wipe and shine, etc.) ideally, the right candidates will learn the introductory tasks, and then moved to technically challenging tasks, such as running machine fillers, troubleshooting equipment, and making product.
 

requirements:

at least one year of manufacturing experience, with specific experience of operating industrial machinery

proven dependability – attendance, on-time, committed to doing the work necessary

ability to follow food safety and personal safety requirements, including wearing necessary ppe (hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toed or composite toed shoes, face masks [surgical style], gloves, and hearing protection)

preferred:

experience working in food manufacturing facility

experience with forklift operation

the starting pay rate for operation associate jobs is $16.00 plus overtime as needed.
