to provide an industry leading level of service that meets customer care requirements and is in accordance with the assignment instructions and customer requirements.display an outstanding level of customer service, take responsibility for problems that staff and visitors may have.

display the highest standard of personal presentation to maintain the image of securitas and the customer.answer telephone calls in accordance with the assignment instructions and customer requirements.recent experience of working in a customer facing environment.

applicants will have good communication skills, able to articulate with authorityyou must be able to remain calm and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times you will be vigilant and alert, able to use caution and apply an inquisitive mindset to your duties. all applicants must hold a clear 5-year checkable employment historydue to the nature of our client's industry sector applicants must meet strict uk right to work criteria. a basic level of pc literacy is requiredmon-thurs 0900-1700 fri 0900-1430uk national, able to obtain sc clearance, it skills inc excel/word.
