Sales coordinator - united states, allentown

adecco is hiring immediately for a sales coordinator with the largest u.s. distributor of plumbing supplies, pvf, waterworks, and fire fabrication products, located in allentown, pa. as a sales coordinator, you will perform essential warehouse operations with pay starting at $20.00/hour, plus available overtime. in this role, you will sell products being promoted and keep a record of sales; recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests; resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service; assist the sales team with the distribution of sales documentation and product literature, and help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.

requirements:

must be 18+ years old

1-2 years of experience is preferred, including sales, customer service, communication, and data entry

excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

knowledge of microsoft office is a must (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)

ability to learn quickly and multi-task

must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

a track record of detail-oriented job function is preferred

pleasant personality for phone

service-minded, aggressive, and congenial
