full-time gardener position
enthusiastic gardener required to join our new team maintaining and developing the gardens around
a grade 1 historic private house in oxfordshire outside thame. 40 hours a week, monday to friday.
the house is set within listed parkland which is separated from the gardens by a ha ha. formal and
informal gardens include large herbaceous borders and grass beds, a large lake and a wildflower
meadow, a fruit orchard, sweeping lawns and woodland gardens. inside the walled gardens, there are
heated and unheated greenhouses, fountains and rose gardens.
the successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain experience in many areas of horticulture in
this diverse private garden. the role would suit an enthusiastic individual looking to start or change
their career. all training and ppe will be provided.
salary 19 – 23k per annum
