job brief

we are looking for various events drivers who will provide high level, quality customer service and administrative support to enable the delivery of sqa events. all roles will require early morning, evening and weekend working. the role will involve moving and handling large, and possibly heavy, quantities of examination materials, transporting confidential materials to and from events at venues across the central belt, set-up of registration and presentation area of event and onsite support to those running/attending the event.

education & training

excellent customer service skills

full & clean valid driving licence is essential.

experience and knowledge

full & clean valid driving licence

experience in event servicing and coordination, both front of house and administration, is desirable but not essential

manage multiple tasks while prioritising, according to schedule

good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

flexible working approach and ability to work on own as well as part of a team
