due to continued expansion and progression of our unique bakery, we are now seeking a full time sales professional who can coordinate and develop all the retailing parts of the business. this is an unusual role as it will involve shop management, outside market sales management, delivery and outside catering coordination and promotions, trade show and event sales.
this position requires an experienced sales person who also has marketing and social media experience to promote and advertise those various outlets besides being fully responsible for their successful and profitable co-ordination and profitability. hitting agreed sales targets will result in significant bonuses but consistency coupled with great customer service skills is also of utmost importance. we are a family owned bakery that believes in strong values and traditional customer service and quality of products.
a positive “can do “attitude coupled with the ability to work for long hours at times under pressure is a must requiring a calm yet enthusiastic personality and demeanour.
the salary range will be between £25,000 and £40,000 including bonuses, incentives plus 28 pro rata day’s holiday per annum. please forward a cv in strictest confidence.
