we are looking for an experienced, fun, hardworking and customer obsessed barista to assist with the opening of a brand new coffee shop. if you have a passion for great coffee, and creating memorable experiences, this could be the best career move you ever make.

you will be required to work independently and the coffee shop is take away only.

job types: full-time

salary: £10-12 per hour

schedule: monday – friday, 9am – 3pm

job duties:

crafting great coffee with your passion and energy for that perfect blend

serving customers with a smile and creating moments that matter, ensuring customers walk away happy, and we see them again very soon

be knowledgeable and confident about all products in order to advise customers

to maintain brand standards of health and safety, compliance and cleanliness (you will be trained in these areas accordingly)

prepare fresh sandwiches, panini etc daily

operate all aspects of the register, including card transactions

maintain an accurate cash flow, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for by the end of the shift

to sell and demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries and up selling as appropriate to customers as part of the ordering process.

to complete all tasks required by the daily cleaning schedule
