candidate responsibilities:

support the comany's day-to-day operations by managing orders to the warehouse

manage a majority of the interactions between the warehouse, other departments and the end-customers

allocate orders, releasing work to warehouse floor, and balancing workflow

ensure inbound and outbound truck turn times are within acceptable levels

manage multiple customer accounts and a high volume of emails and follow-up calls to customers

candidate qualifications.

must have 1 to 2 years of customer service experience

experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus

experience in shipping/receiving is a plus

must be able to work overtime when required (limited)

excellent communication skills both written and verbal
