Part-time housekeeper needed for private family in morden - united kingdom, morden, london

i am looking for a part-time housekeeper and i am based in morden.

the family consist of me, my partner and my grown up son. my daughter lives in bristol at the moment and comes to stay occasionally. i also have a well behaved cat

i am looking for 18 hours per week. monday and tuesday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. there would be a one hour paid lunch break. the duties would be general housework, cleaning thoroughly 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining room, hall, the home office my bedroom 2 spare rooms, laundry and ironing.

i will also have extra hours available during the week from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on an ad hoc basis as i have a small studio apartment that i rent our for holidays so when guests leave the studio needs to be cleaned for the new guests. this takes a total of 4 hours including the ironing. the studio is in wimbledon. the days for the studio are not fixed as it depends when i get guests. it is usually at least once a week, sometimes more often but it can happen that i don't have any guests for a week or two. just to give an example in the month of march the studio needed to be cleaned 7 times so this would have been an extra 28 hours but this varies, some months it could be less, some months it could be more. the work at my house on the other hand would be regular.

i pay £11 per hour

in our family we speak english, italian and french. i am of hungarian decent but cannot speak hungarian.

being a cat lover is essential. there can also be some weekend work .
