Small car park clean - once a month - united kingdom, hove, east sussex
require an individual to sweep a small private car park once a month, to remove weeds and ensure it remains looking tidy etc. the car park is situated at the back of 63 holland road, hove bn3 1ba (the job does not include the church car park). there are also four private car parking spaces there, so if the cars are there, just clean around them the best you can. a broom and dustpan will be provided. i used to do this myself, and i estimate it will take about 1.5 hours.
the pictures show the majority of the car park, but don't show the entrance/exit and small bike shed that will need to also be swept. there are some large heavy bins in the car park that will need to be moved and cleaned behind as part of the clean.
as the car park is also used by a small services business, it can only be cleaned at weekends or bank holiday when the majority of cars are not there. we require someone to start immediately, so that can be anytime from thursday 2nd june to sunday 5th (as it's the jubilee weekend the business will be shut) or the following weekend saturday 11th - sunday 12th june. the intervals should be around a month apart, but happy for it to be 1 month and 1 week apart, and can be either saturday or sunday depending on your schedule, so there is flexibility.
