Trainee frame assembler - united kingdom, nelson, lancashire
tailor made sourcing are currently working with a successful furniture manufacturing company based in nelson who are looking to recruit trainee frame assemblers to join their growing manufacturing team on a temporary-permanent basis, working 39 hours per week. as a trainee frame assembler you will work as part of a team to learn all aspects of the role, including the use of hand and power tools and a variety of techniques ensuring quality at all times. this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast paced, growing company and to progress within a successful business.
skills & experience :
* use of hand and power tools desirable, however training will be provided.
* previous assembly experience is desirable however not essential
* prior joinery/carpentry training/experience is also desirable yet not essential
* this role does require manual handling and prolonged standing
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* keen eye and attention to detail
* reliable
* hardworking
* a willingness to learn and commitment to the role.
hours of work:
6am - 3pm monday - thursday, 6am - 11am friday or 6pm - 6am monday - wednesday, 6pm - 10:30pm thursday.
rate of pay: gbp10.09p/h
thereafter bonus rates apply if weekly targets are achieved.
