about the role:

gbp10.71per hour - above industry average pay rate!

opportunity to progress your career quickly and learn new skills from working with a wide ranging client groups (e.g. clients with mental health needs, dealing with trauma and forensic history)!

full-time position where you will work a mixture of day and night shifts on a rota basis.

you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals dealing with trauma, forensic history and mental health. for some these individuals this will be the first time that they will be integrating and being involved in the community.

we are looking for experienced support workers for this fantastic opportunity to work within a supported living environment in bedworth!

we are looking for someone who is truly a team player, is proactive, extremely resilient, and hard working.

requirements to become an specialist support worker:

previous understanding and knowledge of mca and dols (we will provide refresher training on both)

either have experience working within a social care setting or have personal experience of supporting a family member or friend with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, forensic history or trauma.

be proactive and focused on the key aspects of outcomes/person led care and support, and implement this into your role.
