we are currently looking for experienced mental health support workers to work in various mental health , challenging behaviour and neurological settings across the crewe/cheshire areas.

six months experience is essential and free training is provided along with your uniform and badge.

we are recruiting on zero hour basis however we do have regular opportunities for block bookings and the opportunity to pick up full time hours which will fit around your availability.

we also encourage you to develop healthy relationships with clients, service users, relatives, and visitors and you should have the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, service users, and appropriate family members ensuring the approach used is appropriate and empathetic.

you are also required to report any changes/concerns to the office and/or the out of hours service.

* ensure confidentiality is kept at all times (when appropriate).

* have the ability to relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds and to ensure respectable approaches are kept paramount when working with clients and their service users.

* we prefer you to have good team working skills but a good use of understanding and knowledge within the health and social care sector enabling you to use your own initiative is a must.

* to be patient and have a good sense of humour.

* be reliable and punctual at all times.
