a happy household located in the bury st. edmunds, suffolk area is currently hiring a live-in housekeeper to help them manage their home to a high standard of cleanliness for 40 hours per week. this family seeks a domestic couple who can run their lovely home. it is essential that the candidates know how to drive. someone confident with cooking is required to prepare meals, and follow recipes for the whole family, the family owns 2 dogs and 2 cats which will also require care so a pet-friendly candidate is important. the suffolk based family needs the live-in housekeepers to stay at the property when they are away.
working hours: monday to friday, 40 hours per week (with flexibility)
accommodation: separate 2 bedroom house
duties include:
loading the dishwasher/doing the dishes
dusting furniture
freshening the rooms
doing the laundry and ironing
dusting
hoovering the carpets and floors
ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
polishing floor
preparing and cooking simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
running some errands for the family such as doing grocery shopping for the family’s supplies and paying bills
