Assistant manager of operations - united states, trenton

adecco has partnered with a specialty apparel brand to hire an assistant manager of operations to join their production facility in the chattanooga, tn area. 

responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • work in tandem with the facility director to ensure production is operating at a high level of efficiency and that all production goals are met. 
  • recommend measures to improve production methods, processes, equipment performance, and quality of finished product
  • provide leadership, coaching, and support for all employees
  • oversee quality and ensure the production of products meet the highest quality standards.
  • delegate work and assist with oversight of payroll management and attendance.
  • ensure employees are properly trained on, and adhering to, safe work practices, and meeting labor/safety goals.  
  • enforce all company policies and rules, take disciplinary action as necessary.
  • requirements:

  • associate's degree, combination of education and experience will be considered.(hs degree required)
  • at least 3 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  

    schedule:

  • monday-friday first shift (8a to 5 or 5:30p)
