leading uk industrial cleaning company are currently recruiting for a trainee supervisor/supervisor for a busy forward thinking specialist cleaning business based in camberley with customers in food and pharma sectors, distribution and manufacturing, there will be travel and some overnight stays.
you will be responsible for providing a particularly high standard of service to our clients ensuring the company’s reputation is maintained.
ideally, you will have worked within the industrial cleaning business, however it is more important that you are willing to learn, hardworking and committed with a team player attitude which will be recognised with the opportunity to progress further within the company
essential requirements
flexible and willing to work shifts including night shifts
willing to travel throughout southeast/west visiting various job sites
excellent communication skills
able work to a schedule and meet strict deadlines
ability to organise staff pick up times and ensure team are on site on schedule
well organised and disciplined
able to work in a variety of environments
full driving licence
desirable requirements
previous experience in industrial cleaning
salary will depend on experience
