Customer service representative - united states, boise

hiring immediately for call center customer service representatives to work fully remote. this position available to candidates in idaho and the surrounding states. this position pays $13.26 per hour. you will be answering calls for customers calling about their health insurance coverage and concerns.

call center customer servicerequirements:

high school diploma/ged required

ability to pass background check and drug screen

1-2 years call center experience necessary

process customer orders

troubleshoot and resolve customer issues/complaints

provide excellent customer service
