the opportunity
as our leading sales executive, reporting to the md, you will be liaising with well-known global institutions, looking to utilise market leading technologies that help them deliver cutting edge solutions that benefit their property portfolios from an energy management and tenant well-being perspective.
you have the opportunity for unlimited territory ownership across the uk and europe.
you will be able to demonstrate experience from a consultative sell perspective, easily being able to assess new customers’ needs / requirements and providing cost effective relevant solutions.
you will have good experience in managing multiple clients across the uk / europe at any one time and be able to create engaging marketing literature and compelling presentations.
your strong success will not only be in delivering a successful sales strategy but you will have the ability to upsell solutions to the customers as you see the opportunity arise.
responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle – from the initial engagement of potential clients through to the confirmation of contracts, providing ongoing support during the contract timeline you will have a strong track record in delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations that demonstrate our market leading solution and rapid roi for prospective clients.
your strong interest in new, developing technologies from iot, data management, analytics, and cloud solutions, will allow you to feed into the development and growth of the business.
experience
you will have at least three years software or saas sales experience, selling technology solutions for properties.
a proven track record of delivering strong sales growth either from a start-up or established provider perspective.
you will have an analytical, commercial, and inquisitive mindset that allows you to “think outside the box” when selling solutions to prospective clients.
you will be familiar and comfortable presenting, utilising either peer to peer software or face to face to director, board or cto level
you will have no problem travelling either within the uk or abroad as and when required.
experience in technical sales in the property or facilities management sector would be beneficial but the ability to self-manage, problem solve and build relationships are ‘must have’ requirements for the right candidate.
