with a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a working site foreman / site manager to join our team.

overview:

• residential and commercial construction projects

role:

• supervise and manage the site team including effective management of sub-contractor activities on-site

• safeguarding project completion on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications

requirements:

• extensive demonstrable building background, previously running projects from start to finish

• proven experience in dealing with teams of sub-contractors and direct labour

• ideally from a trade background

we are looking for someone who:

• prides themselves in quality work

• is reliable with a positive attitude

• has a good work ethic

• can work as a team
