Call center credit services associate - united states, new braunfels
adecco is assisting our client located in new braunfels, tx to fulfill credit services associate positions for a call center that specializes in hospitality maintenance.
this is temporary to hire position.
this position requires the associate to provide support to clients by reconciling past due invoices, researching client deductions and record keeping.

responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• responsible for answering a heavy volume of calls
• providing customer service and responding to inquiries on general account information.
• coordinate with our credit and collections in the resolution of billing disputes that affect the ability to collect receivables
• entering in correct information in the system while following appropriate processes per client expectations
• gathering data and required documentation to complete requests
candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• customer service experience call center experience (this role will receive approximately 50-70 inbound calls per day)
• at least 2 years of proven experience on the computer and navigating between various screens and platforms

• pay rates starting at $14/hr for the first 3 weeks of training and then will increase to $15/hr.
• schedule- must be available to work schedules from 7am-5:30pm mon-fri
