project overview

we are looking for a business analyst to support ongoing projects on our support org gtech team. most activities will require stakeholder management in an international environment, presentation design capabilities on top of the data analytics skills.


overall responsibilities

provide analytical support to gboss (business outsourcing services and strategy) on a variety of activities. financial analysis of existing pos/spent data, data analysis for different surveys. aggregate different data sources and provide insights based on analysis. define recommendations based on data insights. proactively identify data integration challenges. create/update necessary documentation. collaborate with the respective project managers on exec communications.potential additional activities:
perform business process reviews, and identify gaps between the current “as is” and the future “to be” system design. financial management: submit and track pos, review financial forecasts and monthly spent.


top 3 daily responsibilities

data analysis and insights generation (project based)

analysis of existing data systems and definition of long term integration strategy

engagement of different stakeholders to assess data needs and quality

education:

bsc in data science or information system or equivalent

total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility:

4+ years experience as business analyst

general skills:

data aggregation

analysis

excellent communication in international and senior environment

mandatory skill/experience/education

strong analytical skills

strong communication skills

proactive mindset 3 years of experience in working with datasets and conducting data analysis

desired skill/experience/education

5 years of experience in an analyst role with a professional services organization

experience building dashboards using business intelligence platforms sql, apps script

non-essential skills/qualifications
