you'll be working for jewson civils/frazer in newton abbot. jewson civils is one of more than 30 exciting saint-gobain brands in the uk and we supply materials for major infrastructure, housing, utilities and industrial/commercial development projects, ranging from pipe fittings and drainage to hard landscaping and street furniture. but we are so much more than just a materials distributor.

proven experience in a customer focused environment

numerical aptitude

knowledge of the industry preferred but not essential

proficient ms office skills

what will i be doing in the role?

our customer service administrators are important contributors to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. as part of an internal sales team, you will be expected to build relationships and develop sales opportunities with internal/external customers and suppliers. to support our customers effectively you will:

continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge

develop market growth in chosen customer and product segments by driving proactive sales

ensure that the branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by the customer

support all company customer service initiatives

ensure compliance with sgbd business control proceduresabout us
