adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a senior project coordinator position.

 

type: 40hrs/wk. contract

start date: within the next 1 to 2 weeks

location: remote est

pay: $28.00/hr.

length: one (1) year

shift: 8am to 5pm

 

the senior project coordinator makes sure that the group has the correct procedure of activities and as figureheads, they pose as individuals whom the project workers look to for guidance and streamlining of activities.

 

responsibilities for this senior project coordinator job include but are not limited to:

ensure excellent customer service internally and/or externally with clients, predominantly law firms in the mass tort and single field.

act as back up to project manager, kick off meetings, deadline management, and client status reporting

research claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, and claimants

provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting, and ensure quality assurance, draft claimant letters, draft project telephone scripts and website text

assist in development of business rules for claims processing and payments

 

qualifications for this senior project coordinator job:

bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or good educational standard with relevant practical experience

1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or appropriate business-related area preferred

good knowledge of it systems

excellent communication skills, written and verbal
