Multi skilled carpenter - united kingdom, market harborough, leicestershire

we are currently recruiting for a multi skilled-carpenter to join an established property maintenance firm based in corby on a permanent basis.

the role will involve working on site and a variety of new build aftercare projects on various developments across east anglia, midlands and east midlands areas.

the ideal candidate will have experience dealing with homeowners on a face to face basis as well as strong domestic 1st and 2nd fix carpentry experience.

as well as this candidates will also be well versed in plastering, basic plumbing, painting and decorating.

gbp28,000 - gbp30,000 per annum with company vehicle provided plus other benefits upon passing probationary period.

there is a salary skill set banding based on skillset for each candidate to increase their salary.

candidates must hold a valid uk driving license and blue cscs skilled card.

applicants must also be able to provide two employment references within the past two years.
