adecco is hiring an administrative assistant in the durham, nc area. this is 1 year contract role, with a hybrid (onsite/remote) work schedule. the pay rate is $20.95 per hour.

job duties:

  • performs a variety of administrative functions.
  • generate order placement through ariba sap system.
  • facilitate and manage purchase order process for capital projects.
  • provide administrative support to executive assistant for seeds research global and help with special projects.
  • occasionally order catering for meetings and site related events.
  • generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • education:

    -hs diploma

    experience:

  • 24 years’ experience in the field or a related field.
  • familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within and administrative and procurement role.
  • proficient in excel, powerpoint, and outlook.
  • experience with concur, ariba sap, and smartsheet is a plus.
