Customer service representative - united states, albuquerque

adecco is hiring immediately for customer service representatives with a local client in albuquerque, nm.  the customer service representatives perform essential duties with pay starting at $16.00/hour.  in this role, you will assist customers with daily needs and strive to increase knowledge of the entire product offering, work hand-in-hand with the sales team by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met, and support the sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing, updating customers on orders, back orders and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, answer sales call for general information, and perform other duties as assigned.
 

requirements:

college degree preferred or working toward a degree. comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.

prior customer service experience is required

excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail

excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

pleasant personality for phone and email communication

computer skills including proficient in microsoft office

ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated

ability to learn quickly
