hey there, we are busier than ever and looking for some fresh faces to join our team! razzo pizza napoletana is an independent pizzeria in leith, focusing on delicious pizza, pasta and variety of small plates.
we are looking for a full time kitchen assistant to join our team. you will have a variety of responsibilities in the kitchen including dough preparation, fresh food preparation, maintaining and cleaning the kitchen space and assisting the chefs.
must be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness, be able to start from early at the mornings and work on your own on certain shifts and prepare and cook food to a high standard as well as cleanliness. speed of service is very important.
our food offer is not complicated it is very traditional in style, it is all homemade but needs some great skills to deliver it. you will be trained to a high standard by the present chefs.
