role profile:

* cross-check payment orders

* data entry

* dealing with phone enquiries

* lots of customer contact which is mainly telephone based

* using in house it systems

* lots of ad hoc admin duties

person profile:

* excellent problem solver

* need to be patient, resilient, empathetic

* a friendly voice at the end of the line so must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

* a positive and helpful attitude, with a willingness to learn

* ability to complete priorities, respond quickly to changing needs and demands

* someone who is confident, has excellent time management, organisational skills, good attention to detail and a passion about giving a great customer experience
