this role is an integral part of making sure we are upholding our award winning standards. we want you to earn what you deserve, our basic is gbp26k. the ote is gbp40k which 85% of the sales consultants currently earn and the commission is uncapped, with top performers earning over gbp50k. you don't have to wait to start earning commission either! you can earn from day one on the phones within the glide path!
