group marketing executive

location: waltham cross, herts

salary: gbp28,000 per annum

working hours: 40 hours per week (excluding breaks), monday to friday

core hours: 09:00 - 17:00

(a flexible approach to hours will be required as there may be occasions when it is necessary to work additional hours, due to workload and engagement activities.

we are currently looking to recruit a group marketing executive, to support the head of department, to assist with reynold's marketing strategy and initiatives. this will include digital platforms, and plan, implement and assess marketing activities for the group and its brands.

accountabilities:

insights/trends:

trends monitoring and analysis of the foodservice market

monthly reports, using data from research platforms such as lumina intelligence, foodservice press, attend relevant conferences

trends booklet review and updates

competitor analysis: highlighting any relevant new initiatives

work closely with the development team - help and support with customer presentations

digital platforms management:

website:

own website management - updating content and liaising with internal stakeholders for information needed

liaise with agency on website maintenance / seo

monthly performance tracking (with google analytics)

social media:

support with ongoing strategy and implementation

instagram management - liaising with development team for foodie content / how to videos

made in reynolds: daily management of our internal social network, posting company news, liaising with other departments and stakeholders to create content

marketing & sales collaterals:

liaising with other departments and external agencies

customer communications creation / support: leaflets, newsletters,

support account managers with creation of tenders and customer requests

marketing collateral: product brochures, recipe cards, crop report, ad hoc brochures

event & charities:

liaise with head of charity to support and drive new initiatives

pr & advertising - assist with advertising / press release writing to communicate to the foodservice industry about reynolds news - liaising with publishing agencies

to be successful in your application for the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience.

social media:

growing number of followers and engagement rates by 25% in year 1

content creation (3 posts a week) for the reynolds group

produce trends booklet 2023 by end 2022: content creation / design and printing

produce monthly market report

produce monthly competitors monitoring

made in reynolds intranet platform: grow engagement rates and active users by 10% in year 1

website: update content as relevant when needed (news stories, crop reports bi-weekly, history timeline, product recipes
