in this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our client to create digital content in support of helping partners deliver on their role within customer success. the ideal candidate has a strong background in partner marketing and content development, is great at managing large volumes of content and knows how to create content packages that are right sized and targeted for partner consumption. the objective of this role is to integrate channel partners into the client’s customer success model.

what you will be doing:
• collecting and inventorying the large amount of content that the client has already created on the topic of customer success
• analyzing content to identify assets that can be leveraged for a partner audience
• editing and customizing content to be partner facing
• identifying content that may need to be created or removed
• updating outdated content
• developing content packages for each partner audience
o utilizing your amazing content management skills to create engaging digital assets across a variety of communication mediums
o collaborating with the client's internal and external content production team members, departments, clients, and vendors to create digital assets
• socializing new content packages with internal client stakeholders to gather input and refine the packages
• developing and executing a plan to bring the new enablement kits to the targeted partner audiences
• publishing and managing a community site
what you bring to the role:
• superior collaboration and interpersonal skills; experience collaborating on high profile initiatives
• ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to change
• 5+ years of relevant partner experience for a high-tech company
• terrific content management and writing skills
• proficient in microsoft powerpoint, microsoft word and adobe suite
• ability to link content plans, packages, and activities to business results
• high levels of tact and diplomacy
• ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom
• video development experience a plus
• customer success experience (not required, but a plus)
• ba or bs in communications, marketing or business administration
