qualifications:
- manager is this role would have approximately 50 rn fte’s, plus a few surg. techs and csr’s for birthplace and l&d.
- must have minumum bachelors degree, masters preferred
- 3-5 years management experience and labor and delivery
- high energy, excellent communications skills, proactive and a self-starter
- excellent ability to multi-task, self-prioritize, utilize best judgment and steady when under pressure
- active rn licensene
