live in chef required for busy seaside hotel.

we are looking for a live in chef to join our team at a busy seaside hotel in barmouth. you will be required to prepare simple fresh meals traditional pub food as well as cater for functions like buffets and parties and sit down meals.

you must have previous experience and be able to work independently and as a team . you must be up to date with food safety rules and keep paperwork up to date.
