adecco is currently assisting a leading trucking company in the denton area in a recruiting scheduler specialist.

shift hours:

7 am to 4pm / 8 am to 5 pm

general description:

the recruiting scheduler is responsible for prescreening applicants, perform entry level interviewing with all candidates using a script. provide all notes to hiring manger, able to perform all duties. he/she must be proactive in providing quality client service and can handle pressure and responsibility in a timely and affective manner. the successful candidate must have good client service skill and handle dual task. being proactive in providing quality client service is a must.

other skills & abilities

interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both clients and internal personnel.

must be career-oriented, hard-working, quick learner and have excellent recall for past events/situations/numbers.

strong knowledge of personal computers

strong customer service background

physical requirements

talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment

vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
