adecco is hiring immediately for warehouse workers with a local client in south bend, in. warehouse workers perform essential duties with pay starting at $16.90/hour, plus available overtime.
responsibilities:
accurately build outgoing loads for placement on route delivery trucks
may load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required
pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions using voice audio headset
hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds
place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet
hand shrink wrap customer orders with label and move completed orders to the loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider
report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision
follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures
requirements:
high school diploma or ged required
ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
must be 18+ years of age
ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift
