Call center representative - united states, boise

hiring for call center customer service representatives to work remotely, starting in july. this position open to applicants in idaho and the surrounding states. this position pays $13.26 per hour. call center representatives are responsible for answering calls for customers who are calling about their health insurance coverage and concerns. 

call center customer service requirements:

high school diploma/ged required

ability to pass background check and drug screen

1-2 years call center experience necessary

troubleshoot and resolve customer issues/complaints

provide excellent customer service, no max call time length
