seeking an experienced conversion optimization specialist to join a global digital team. you will be working with stakeholders to understand their testing needs and creating and running the a/b tests in adobe target. you will also be responsible for managing the cro program using effective experiments, reviewing, and prioritizing crowd-sourced test ideas as well as coming up with your own test ideas based on solid research and insights.

general
you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from a variety of sources to develop a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, and how that behavior can be utilized to optimize kpis. you will manage the end-to-end cro process, working with analysts, project managers, developers, ux, marketers and sme’s to create a pipeline of prioritized tests for each of our key journeys.

you will maintain integrity of the testing process, ensuring experiment ideas meet defined goals through a combination of business strategy, placement, and velocity of tests. you will have a deep understanding of a/b testing tools and how to improve engagement of site visitors through a program of strategic testing.

what you'll do
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a testing roadmap
- manage end-to-end optimization testing process, including prioritization, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations.
- review multiple sources of data (including heuristic analysis, web analytics, user research, behavioral analytics & copy testing) to glean insights into user behavior and identify leaks and issues in the journeys.
- management and governance of experimentation program, ensuring all relevant research and associated insights are uploaded and tagged correctly, test ideas are reviewed, prioritized and outcomes communicated to stakeholders.
- establish data-driven hypothesis and identify primary and secondary kpi’s for each test.
- gather and co-ordinate delivery of test assets, including copy, images, banners from relevant teams.
- tracks and manages all experiment approvals from the appropriate stakeholders
- log all testing activity, ideas and results within testing management platform (effective experiments)
- review test results and determine appropriate action.
- create conclusion reports for each finalized test, and share learnings with stakeholders and global optimization peers.
- champion a conversion optimization testing culture
- evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technology to improve campaign results

who you'll work with
- business units (e.g. security, enterprise networking) to understand the objectives for their pages and design tests to answer key questions
- data analysts – bringing insights and understanding the quantitative data contained in our data platforms.
- ux - for creation of new digital experiences, as well as a source of qualitative data from surveys and user research to inform test ideas.
- regions – to run experiments on key regional pages
- developers – to involve early in the test ideation process, to establish technical viability of test ideas that they will be tasked to build using adobe target.

who you are
- combine broad conversion optimization expertise with stakeholder liaison and project management skills.
- expert knowledge of conversion optimization concepts and best practices.
- experience of building tests using a testing platform like adobe target (ideally), optimizely, vmo or similar.
- testing experience to include (but not limited to) website, email and paid and earned media optimization; experience with social and paid media would be beneficial.
- experience with b2b marketing and contributing to demand generation programs is highly desirable
- strong experience with using web analytics platform to glean insights to support test ideation.
- strong relationship management and communication skills with keen ability to work across cross-functional business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
