we are in look for a head chef to join small team , in newly refurbished kitchen in our lovely pub ,

this role will be perfect for 1st time head chef , sous chef who want's to put he's own stamp on the menu ,

using local produce , great food , with focus on customer service , great experience each time , value for money and a weekly specials !

job will be full time ,

up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus , bonus based on :

1. reviews

2. stock controls

3. sales target

4. ebita
