we are now looking for a talented individual to join our first class customer service team, advising clients and providing admin support to our sales managers.

about the role:

this is an office-based role working as part of a small customer service team processing orders, answering client queries and liaising with external regional sales managers.

main duties:

acting as a positive first point of contact for customers contacting the company.
answering incoming calls, greeting callers, processing orders, providing information, and resolving queries, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
managing transport related queries, providing solutions to issues for customers.
providing administration support to the regional sales managers.
creating accurate and proficient quotations for clients.
actively responding to all inbound calls and sales requests within specified timeframe promoting our positive can do culture and service-orientated brand.
answering inbound calls professionally, with ability to cross-sell and up-sell.
reporting on given kpis.

required skills and experience:

5 a*- c/4 – 9 grades at gcse (or equivalent) including one in maths and english.
good it skills and knowledge of microsoft office.

customer focused and able to communicate with clients professionally and confidently.
comfortable under pressure.
strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own workload.
accuracy and good attention to detail.
trustworthy, flexible, positive and proactive.

previous experience working in an administrative position, within a sales environment would be beneficial but not essential.
