adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a senior trainer opportunity in santa ana, ca.

type: contract 

pay: $35.71/hour

length:  three (3) month, with the possibility of converting to permanent placement
shift/hours:  monday – friday

notes:  this position is onsite

responsibilities for the senior trainer job:

partners with business subject matter experts (sme) to identify and develop training

gathers information on business objectives, determines training needs

participates in the tracking, capture, and evaluation of training for success measurements

conducts and facilitates general and specific training programs for employees and external customers

conducts and analyzes evaluations to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and implements improvements

collects information on employee performance and feedback

may travel to deliver training

qualifications for this senior trainer job:

bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent experience

must have escrow experience
