Customer service - united states, toledo

adecco is hiring a customer service representative for our client in toledo, ohio!    we are looking for someone who can answer phones, reply to emails, contact/communicate with customers and assist with monitoring delivery routes.  this is an on site position, m-s 10:30am-7pm.

the ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

strong attention to detail

advanced knowledge of computer application software programs strongly preferred.

ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve effectively

excellent verbal and written communication skills.
