a full care industry package in return for a trainee support worker:
flexible full-time (37.5-hours) or part-time - 7.15am - 2.45pm or 2.30pm - 9.45pm

every day is different, never a boring day. yes, there are some things that come up every day like daily support, personal care, medication, however this is not the bigger picture.
this house is superbly managed really focusing on activities both leisure, social and volunteering in the community. some areas of a care plan could include cooking like making gingerbread men, having a local walk or bike ride, going for car ride, going for a coffee and trip to the cinema. you will build a relationship with your client and work around their care plan on how best to support them.
don't worry about qualifications or previous experience:
no worries you are joining a wonderful team happy to help you settle in. the people person manager will get you through the initial training and then once you are settled in can talk about the specialist training you can go on to.
