Payroll specialist - united states, nashville

adecco is partnered with one of our best customers to help them direct hire a skilled payroll professional for their nashville corporate office. this individual with partner with the payroll team to administer timely and accurate payroll for a multi-site, multi-state operations. 

responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

processing of bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried and commissioned employees

data entry and reporting utilizing adp, concur and kronos timekeeping systems.

month end close of payroll and figuring of fte numbers

collaborating with employees to correct any payroll issues 

qualifications:

intermediate excel

adp system knowledge

payroll processing for 100+ employees

member of shrm preferred

strong understanding of suta, futa and other withholdings
