Senior account executive - social media & pr - united kingdom, leamington spa, warwickshire

location: hybrid (home / leamington spa) or fully remote

the way we use our cars is changing and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team and work with an existing vehicle manufacturer client who is set to redefine the automotive space.

this exciting global project requires the support of a passionate, talented, and experienced account executive who is looking to take their career to the next level. ideally, you'll have at least two years' experience in producing social media content (on instagram and linkedin) as well having worked across traditional pr activities and campaigns.

we're looking for someone who can help create a buzz, has plenty of creative ideas and is not afraid of challenging traditional thinking and practices.

in this role, you'll be responsible for taking press materials from the vehicle manufacturer and translating these into a regular cadence of accurate, eye-catching and engaging content.

you'll be critical to the communications of the luxury car brand which will include responsibility for cultivating and working with a network of influencers (including those from the investment community, celebrities, and key automotive media). you will also attend selected events to co-ordinate the brand's live social media activity.

ideally, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

- 2-3 years social media experience in an agency or in-house role

- high attention to detail

- advanced user of key social media platforms (instagram & linkedin)

- bursting with creativity

- strong analytical skills

- confident, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

- interest or previous experience working with luxury brands

advanced digital skills such as design, video editing and photography would be a distinct advantage.

typical aspects of the role include:

- production of exciting and engaging online content in line with the wider account strategy

- developing regular plans to ensure a proactive and steady cadence of content

- briefing and working with design agencies to ensure the correct visual assets are in place

- identifying and working with influencers to amplify the brand's presence and message

- producing a range of visual assets including basic online movies, animations and infographics

- producing activity, kpi and benchmarking reports

- providing administrative support to the events manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of media and launch events
