adecco is currently assisting a national pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a healthcare consultant i – analyst, case management in titusville, brevard county, fl. this role is hybrid model: with remote and travel 75%. field visits are currently on hold due to covid-19 restrictions but will resume in the near future. the pay is 34.83/hour. the schedule is monday-friday 8am-5pm est. apply now!

analyst, case management duties are:

the case manager utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process, in order to facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing care coordination, support and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources. the primary responsibilities are as follows:

 

coordinates case management activities for medicaid long term care/comprehensive program enrollees.

candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

required qualifications:

- case management experience

- candidates must reside in titusville (brevard county)

- bilingual: spanish/english a must

 

preferred qualifications:

- long term care

- dedicated workspace and reliable transportation

- multilingual: spanish/english/rio (preferred)

 
education:
